When can I pick up my dress (local rentals)?

Once you have chosen your dress and paid a 50% deposit, your dress will be ready for pickup 2 days before your event.

Can I make alterations to my dress?

We work with a seamstress that can alter the dress to fit you (local rentals). We will guide you on the amount and type of alterations we are able to accommodate. If you placed an order online, and alterations (i.e., hemming) are needed, you will need to e-mail or call us for approval as only certain alterations are permitted. Please do not make any alterations to the dress without our approval as this may result in a fine.

Does a GlamourDress rental cover alterations?

No, that is a consultation and service we offer locally. Any costs associated with alterations are the responsibility of the glamorous lady renting the dress.

How much of a deposit is needed to reserve a dress for my upcoming event (local rentals)?

Once you have found your perfect dress, we require a 50%, non-refundable, deposit to be paid so that we may reserve the dress for you on your chosen date. If you are placing an order online, the full amount is due at checkout.  

What does the rental cost cover?

GlamourDress rentals cover dry cleaning costs as well as minor wear and tear the dress may incur including: stuck zipper and minor stains that can be removed.

Are there any additional Fines/Fees to a GlamourDress rental?

Our model makes all orders and rentals time sensitive. Our customers’ satisfaction is of outmost importance. For this reason, it is important that our customers adhere to the set rental period and return date as set on your rental order. GlamourDresses returned late may impact our ability to complete other customers’ orders, which is something we would like to avoid at all costs. A GlamourDress that is returned late is subject to fees at the rate of $30 a day for every day your GlamourDress is late. If a GlamourDress is not returned within 15 days after the set return date, this will be considered as a “purchase” and your card will be charged for the dress at %150 of its retail value less any late fees that have incurred. If a GlamourDress is returned with unapproved alterations and/or is damaged beyond repair, GlamourDress will charge your card the retail price of the GlamourDress rented.
