Refund and Exchange Policy

Returns/exchanges 

Due to our time-sensitive model concerning our orders and rentals, time is of the essence when requesting a return/refund or an exchange. Returns/refunds are only offered due to damages noted when the GlamourDress is received. While this is rare, we are prepared for such an incidence. In case you received a GlamourDress and note that it is damaged in any way, please take a picture of the damage, contact us immediately, and send the GlamourDress back to us using the pre-paid shipping label, no later than the following day. If time allows, we will send you a replacement right away. Please note that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged/replacement GlamourDress to reach you, may vary. Only damaged GlamourDresses that are sent back to us unworn, upon receipt, are eligible for a refund.

If a GlamourDress received does not fit you to your liking and you would like to exchange it for another size or style, please notify us right away (same day as received) and let us know what we can do to help. You must then send us your GlamourDress using the pre-paid shipping label no later than the following day to be eligible for the exchange. You may then choose another size or GlamourDress at the same cost. This GlamourDress will then be shipped to you within 1-2 business days. You, however, are responsible for the shipping cost of the newly chosen GlamourDress to be sent out. Please remember, that depending on where you live, the time it may take for your replacement GlamourDress to reach you, may vary.

To complete a return, please e-mail us with your order information (and picture if applicable). We will review your request and respond to your request within 1-2 business days.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund/account credit will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or account.

If sufficient time has passed and you do not see the refund in your account, you might need to contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at glamourdressrent@gmail.com with your order information.

All accessories, shoes, "sale" dresses, and intimates are final sale. No exchanges or returns. Items included, but not limited to, are jewelry, bags, headpieces, bras, underwear, hosiery, and hair extensions.

Cancelling an order:


An order can be cancelled up to 15 days before the rental start date in order to be eligible for a refund. Any cancellations to an order made less than 15 days from the rental start date are eligible for a credit in the amount paid onto your account.

Fines/Fees:

Our model makes all orders and rentals time sensitive. Our customers’ satisfaction is of outmost importance. For this reason, it is important that our customers adhere to the set rental period and return date as set on your rental order. GlamourDresses returned late may impact our ability to complete other customers’ orders, which is something we would like to avoid at all costs. A GlamourDress that is returned late is subject to fees at the rate of $30 a day for every day your GlamourDress is late. If a GlamourDress is not returned within 7 days after the set return date, this will be considered as a “purchase” and your card will be charged for the dress at 150% of its retail value less any late fees that have incurred. GlamourDress rentals cover dry cleaning costs as well as minor wear and tears the dress may incur including: stuck zipper and minor stains that can be removed. The customer is responsible for any further damage the dress may incur including, but not limited to; loss, destruction, and/or theft of the dress, or unapproved alterations and/or damage beyond repair. In such cases, the customer agrees to pay for the necessary repairs and/or replacement of the dress to be determined, at our discretion, up to 100% market retail value on top of rental fee charged at pickup. In cases in which a customer has altered a GlamourDress to fit their needs (i.e., a temporary hem, strap adjustment, etc…), the customer is responsible to undo such alterations and return the GlamourDress back to its original state. If we, GlamourDress, need to alter the dress back to original state following its return, a $30 fee will be charged to card on file for such re-adjustments. At the event of damage sustained to the dress prior to the rental date, or a late return by a previous customer, in which case the GlamourDress is unavailable, GlamourDress reserves the right to offer you, the customer, another GlamourDress in its place at a 20% discounted rate OR a full refund.
